Is it conventional medicine?  Conventional medicine manages symptoms with synthetic toxic drugs that deplete the body of nutrients…AND…48% of the 250 most common prescriptions are known to cause cancer!!
Or is REAL medicine Alternative Medicine?  Alternative Medicine includes everything from Nutritional, to Medical Herbal Medicine, to Ayurvedic, to Traditional Chinese Medicine, to Energetic Healing Modalities including everything from Reiki to Theta Healing.  The WHO (World Health Organization) claims that over 80% of the world still utilizes herbal medicine.  These modalities, do not deplete the body, but rather add to the body.  They do not cause toxicity, but rather they cleanse.  They are not made up of synthetic compounds, but rather are created from what the human body is supposed to interact with.
An ever growing body of science is revealing that foods and herbs are full of all the medicines that we require.  Now whether you believe in evolution or creationism, would it not stand to reason that we are meant to be both nourished and healed through our interaction with the environment?
Would it also not make sense that our body’s require those very nutrients to support its capacity to make 2 billion red blood cells a minute? Or over 100 different types of neurotransmitters? Or over 10,000 enzymes? Or over 50 different types of hormones? Or the 29 different types of connective tissue?  Or to go further, to support the massive amounts of probiotics that we require?  We require that food chain to grow, to maintain and to heal.
Unfortunately, man is tampering even with the body’s most basic requirements growing GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) foods and throwing industrial waste products into the soils and waters of our much needed food supplies.
Take a look at all the wonderful colors and shapes and size and imagine all the phenomenal tastes that go along with them.  We are part of an incredible food chain.
But instead of appreciating all these wonderful foods and herbs, we are processing processed, artificial foods, microwaved foods, pasteurized foods, etc.  Then when we get sick, we take synthetic drugs that attempt to manage symptoms while they eliminate precious nutrients.
Take a look at what some world renown physicians say about different healing modalities.

Our Mission: To preserve and disseminate the knowledge of Natural Medicine so people can make informed consent decisions regarding their health.
Natural Medicine
For every drug that benefits a patient, there is a natural substance that can achieve the same effect. ~Pfeiffer’s Law~ Dr. Carl C. Pfeiffer, MD, PhD
Orthomolecular Medicine: Orthomolecular Medicine (the right nutrients in the right amounts), commonly referred to as Nutritional Medicine, as conceptualized by double-Nobel Laureate Dr. Linus Pauling, aims to restore the optimum environment of the body by correcting imbalances or deficiencies based on individual biochemistry using substances [nutrients] natural to the body such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, trace elements, water, lipids, and essential fatty acids.
The necessity of teaching mankind not to take drugs and medicines is a duty incumbent upon all who know their uncertainty and injurious effects; and the time is not far distant when the drug system will be abandoned. –Dr. Charles Armbruster, M. D.
“As a retired physician, I can honestly say that unless you are in a serious accident, your best chance of living to a ripe old age is to avoid doctors and hospitals and learn nutrition, herbal medicine and other forms of natural medicine unless you are fortunate enough to have a naturopathic physician available. Almost all drugs are toxic and are designed only to treat symptoms and not to cure anyone. Vaccines are highly dangerous, have never been adequately studied or proven to be effective, and have a poor risk/reward ratio. Most surgery is unnecessary and most textbooks of medicine are inaccurate and deceptive. Almost every disease is said to be idiopathic (without known cause) or genetic—although this is untrue. In short, our main stream medical system is hopelessly inept and/or corrupt. The treatment of cancer and degenerative diseases is a national scandal. The sooner you learn this, the better off you will be.” –Dr. Allan Greenberg, MD, Dec. 24, 2002
The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. –Dr. Ann Wigmore
“The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” –Thomas Edison, inventor of the lightbulb, phonograph, and motion picture.
Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food. –Hippocrates (460 – 377 B.C.), considered the father of Western medicine.
“You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a mineral deficiency.” –Linus Pauling
The medicine of the future must not only conform to the rules of nature, avoiding the use of alien drugs where possible, but also conform to human rules for ethics and objective science. –Dr. Carl C. Pfeiffer, PhD, MD
“You are what you eat.” –Ancient adage. Everything we eat is digested, metabolized, and absorbed by our cells. What we eat today becomes our cells tomorrow.
To be a physician in the truest sense, one must consider the patient’s troubles from all these basic standpoints—is it mechanical, nutritional, or psychological, or is it a varied combination of all three? The human body is not comprised of separate entities, but is a working unit in its entirety and so must be treated as such. –Dr. Fred Loffler.
Dr Loffler was my physician while growing up.
