11 Kashmiri Mirch Pwd. 10 Gm
12 Salt To Taste
13 Cumin Pwd. 10 Gm
14 Garam Masala 7 Gms

Panner bhurjiMethod:
1. In pan heat oil add cumin seeds, chopped garlic stir until garlic brown.
2. Add chopped onions stir until brown, add
chopped tomato stir well.
3. Add all the dry ingredients stir it well and after that add chopped belpepper.
4. Add mashed cottage cheese and mix it together
properly.
5. Finish with chopped coriander and a pinch of garam masala.
