Surrey: The government of B.C. has committed $100,000 towards improvements towards the local community centre in Surrey.

“I’m very pleased that the BC Government was able to help this wonderful facility that allows so many to get out and participate in social activities and be active in our community,” said Peter Fassbender, MLA for Surrey-Fleetwood. “This funding will help to serve families in Surrey-Fleetwood for many years to come.”

This funding will support Fleetwood Community Centre with the purchase of fitness equipment, the enhancement of lobby and community shared space, and for supporting initiatives for all ages at the facility.
