As we approach the ‘Season of Giving’ the Surrey and North Delta Food Bank relies on this time of the year to fill its shelves.surrey-food-bank-logo

Each month the food bank provides healthy nutritious well balanced food to almost 14,000 people each month. It is with the generosity and the compassion of our community that the food bank able to provide the much needed service. 42% of which are children and seniors.

The Surrey Food Bank does not receive any core government funding and relies on businesses, farming industry, faith-based organizations, schools, food industry as well as our dedicated individual donors and priceless volunteers.

The demand in Surrey continues to grow with the rising costs of food and shelter. More and more families and individuals are continuing to struggle to put food on the table. The Surrey Food Bank relies on the dollars and food raised during the month of December to provide food for months to come.

This is the ‘Season of Giving’. Please support the Surrey Food Bank with your thoughtfulness and generous gifts of money and food. Together we are making a difference not only in the lives of many individuals and families but in the whole communities of Surrey and North Delta.
