Fox Creek, Alberta: A female was abducted by a male with a firearm on August 4, 2014. The victim and suspect knew each other through business deals. As a result of the investigation, Fox Creek RCMP have charged David James Rogerson, 49-year-old male of British Columbia and a Canada wide warrant has been issued with the several charges including Robbery with a Firearm, Kidnapping with a Firearm, Unlawful Confinement, Assault with a weapon, Mischief, Utter threats to cause death, Use a Firearm in the Commission of an offence, Pointing a Firearm, Carry a Weapon for the Purpose of Committing an Offence, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of a Restricted Firearm with readily accessible ammunition,
Rogerson is described as 5’7″ tall wearing light brown jacket and blue jeans. The public is urged not to approach Rogerson as it is believed that he is armed and dangerous. He was last travelling in a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee black in color 4 doors, British Columbia licence plate 655 MPR.
