Vancouver: Seven dumpsters were set ablaze in the Granville Entertainment District early Saturday morning. Police have arrested 43 year old Andrew John Kyle of Vancouver, he has been charged with one count of arson. He set seven dumpsters on fire in a span of 40 minutes. All the fires were set in lanes off the Granville Entertainment District.
