New Delhi:  A notice has been issued to Arvind Kejriwal by Delhi High Court in regard to a defamation suit filed by Congress parliamentarian Avtar Singh Bhadana against the former Delhi chief minister. Bhadana, a member parliament from Haryana state, has sought a written apology from Kejriwal and Rs. 10 million compensation for ruining his reputation. Justice A.K. Pathak sought
