Take your back to school shopping to the next level with Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) and Guildford Town Centre. The university will be hosting a pop-up open house on Friday, August 18 from 10am-9pm. Join KPU at Guildford Town Centre and meet with university faculty and staff to learn more about programs and services, admission requirements, financial assistance, and career prospects.

The university is home to seven distinct faculties—academic and career advancement, arts, business, design, health, science and horticulture, and trades and technology—offering degrees, diplomas, certificates, citations, and in-school apprenticeship training. As the only polytechnic university in Canada, many KPU programs are unique to the region and can’t be found at other post-secondary institutions. Discover more about opportunities for hands-on learning including work experience placements, co-operative education terms, internships, and international exchanges.

The free event also includes a variety of interactive displays, games, and giveaways. Prospective students can also enter to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards. Student recruitment coordinators from KPU will be available for drop-in sessions to learn more about program requirements and the application process.

The pop-up open house will be in the upper level atrium, near Starbucks and the Gap between 10am-9pm at Guildford Town Centre, 10355 152 Street, Surrey.
